Terms & Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Services team (email@example.com).
We offer two delivery options for UK customers: (1) Standard Delivery and (2) Tracked and Faster Delivery. Charges apply to both options.
Alternatively, you can collect your items from one of our stores in the UK (excluding stores in department stores). For further details, please see contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose this option, we will keep your order in store for 10 calendar days after it has arrived. If the order is not collected within the 10 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address after the order has been placed. UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 45 days of receipt by post. Please contact email@example.com to start the process of your return. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. You will be required to simply repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note and take your parcel to your preferred postal service. We advise to choose a tracked and signed for delivery to ensure all returns are tracked in case of misplacement or damage. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We may change these Terms, or any part of it, at any time for legal, regulatory or security reasons, to enhance existing features or add additional features, to reflect advancements in technology, to make reasonable technical adjustments to ensure the ongoing operability of the Hurlingham Polo. If we make changes, we will inform you and remind you of your rights.
Regardless of any changes to the Terms, any increase in the applicable membership fee will not apply before the end of your current membership period.
If any change is found invalid or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer or limits our liability for damages from injury to life, body or health, for a breach of a guarantee or for fraudulently concealed defects.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Your delivery tracking number will appear in your despatch email confirmation. The provider will also be noted in this same email. Please allow 12 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order. If for any reason your tracking details are not available, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Standard delivery orders to most areas of Mainland UK should arrive within four working days. Exceptions to this are deliveries to AB and DD postcodes, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will take up to seven working days to arrive.
HAVING TROUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDER?
We will check your order status and give you an update. Please contact us at email@example.com with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number. Please allow six working days before querying your UK order, or eight working days before querying your Northern Ireland, AB postcodes, Highlands and Islands orders.

We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay in 30 & Klarna 3 Ways to Pay.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged. Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFRIM & PAY’ button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock * Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion * If we suspect any fraudulent activity
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. We continually update our website. From time to time our stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our website) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in stores. Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
